Repeat prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis you can request your repeat prescriptions by:

1. Ordering on the NHS App

2. Ordering on the NHS App Online

3. Filling in the white paper prescription counterfoil and either posting in the medication order boxes at the surgery or handing it to a staff member at the dispensary window.

If your request is URGENT, please mark it so.

If your request is early, please explain why.

We do not accept orders via email, from other pharmacies or via AccuRx.

If you have a medication query, please phone the dispensary between 11am - 12pm or 3pm - 4pm (01209) 842449 option 6. 

Your prescription will usually be available for you to pick up in five working days.

Dispensing

We dispense medicines to our patients from our surgeries in Illogan and Lanner and can provide home deliveries of medication for house-bound patients.

Getting your medication directly from the surgery improves the service we can provide to you, reduces the chance of problems with your medication and helps to support the surgery. 

If you live more than a mile from your nearest chemist and are not currently using our dispensary, please ask.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Please allow up to 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
