Online Consultations

We have an online consultation service. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This can be used to get advice on conditions, or request advice from your doctor here at the surgery. Click HERE to access the system, or click the image on any page of this website.

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Change in Prescription Charges

From 1st April 2018 the prescription charge will be £8.80.  Please see the prescriptions tab for further information.

We run a waiting list process for this service. Please contact the reception for more details.

ROAD RESURFACING

Please be aware Robartes Terrace is being resurfaced. The road remains open but please allow extra time to get to the surgery.  

Medication order line switch off

Harris Memorial Surgery is sad to announce that it will be calling time on its unique medication order line (telephone option 5) from February 27th 2026.

Unfortunately, it is no longer viable to us to provide this service.

We appreciate that this may be a significant change for some of our patients.
