Making an appointment during normal opening hours 08:00 to 18:30
To make an appointment please phone 01209 842449, go online or walk in to the surgery to speak to a patient advisor.
All requests are assessed and prioritised by the duty doctor.
You may be offered a phone call or face-to-face appointment with a GP, or directed to one of our other healthcare professions, such as a physiotherapist, or you might be advised to visit a pharmacy or other provider.
We aim to respond to all requests within two days. Waits for routine GP appointments for non-urgent matters can be several weeks.
Getting medical help outside of normal opening hours
If you suspect an emergency, such as a stroke or heart attack, then dial 999.
For all other medical concerns outside of normal hours, please call NHS 111
