Comment Date I contacted the surgery due to being heavy pregnant and having low ferritin. I didn't get a response from and gp. I want information and advice. I was just told to go and buy iron but not given and dose information. I have been taking iron for years and was upset that I wasn't able to speak to my gp. I feel like the surgery has let me down. Friday 1 July 2022 The booking system is Kafkaesk. Friday told to go to Barncose Hospital. Monday 16 minutes holding on to be told to phone back tomorrow! Why can’t you make a note and put it on the list for tomorrow? Monday 25 April 2022 Today 22/10/2021 I waited in the freezing cold weather outside your practice for an Hour, to have a Diabetic review which you called me and arranged, only to be told there had been a mistake and the nurse was now to busy to see me. I had time off work for this appointment and will have to take time off again for the re booked appointment. I'm busy too but made my appointment on time. Friday 22 October 2021 Receptionists tried to fit me in ASAP and Dr Stones kindly did the same going out of his way to make sure that I got treated in a timely manner. Great service. Tuesday 5 October 2021 The services since covid 19 are terrible. You used to be able to phone and get an appointment within a day or so. Now you have to phone just to get a phone call back from a GP and that phone call can be up to five working days. Even after the phone call, they then decide whether to book an appointment and appointment wait times are weeks! Very poor. Friday 6 August 2021 The care we recieved for our little boy was fantastic. A big thank you to Dr Lee. Friday 30 October 2020 Had an appointment for a flu vaccine today. It was bang on time and the whole process for me and those around me was brilliant. It was a very efficient process but still managed to be friendly & supportive. Saturday 10 October 2020 My 12 week old Grandson has been waiting for a prescription for nearly a week. Complete breakdown in communication and being told it has been faxed when it hasn’t and having to wait further days. Totally unacceptable and barely an apology from the reception team when ringing to find out why the prescription wasn’t with the pharmacy. Wednesday 16 September 2020
